Yes, you may add and even cancel the order if it has not been shipped out to you. feel free to make changes to your order by contacting our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org canceled payments may take 1-3 business days before you see it on your statement. However once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to refund it due to the food’s perishable nature.
Ideally you want to thaw the product in the refrigerator before heating. You can microwave the product 1-2 minutes, move product around and microwave again for 1-2 minutes or until the bag fills with air. You may also sous vide or boil the product for best results at 165 Degrees for a minimum of 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
