Sous Vide: The ideal cooking method is to sous vide the food on 165F for at least 45 minutes after the product has defrosted. This allows the food to retain all moisture and even heat is applied to get the most consistent product.
Microwave In Pack : You may microwave the Vaccum Seal pack, Bags are BPA Free, Micro and Fezezer safe. Defrost the product, microwave for 1-2 minutes. shake/stir product in the bag and reheat for an additional 1 minute. Keep an eye on the bag, when the bag fills up with air, it is ready. you may transfer to a servable dish and enjoy.
Microwave Container: Defrost product and tranfer in to a microwaveable bow. cover and reheat for 1-2 minutes. Stir item and reheat again for 1 minute or untill internal tempreture reaches 165 Degree F

We are currently closed and are planning on opening soon. We are hoping that by June 1st we are up and running for Carry-Out and Deliveries. We hate being closed but the current situation does not allow us to be operating.

Our team is looking in to Ideas to cope with all the guidelines given to us and still be able to move forward with life as we know it. We do not know how long It will take for gatherings and events to take place, but we do know that we adapt and overcome with time to challenges we are faced with.
