We find the most authentic recipes and modify them for the common liking. Here is a perfect balance in seasoning and meat flavors. We emulsify our seekh kabab with onions and fat to get a soft and sticky texture that holds tight together.
Contains 8 Pieces of pre made seekh kabab meat balls each weight up to 3oz
Keep frozen for storage at (-) 18c’ Or (0)f’, Do not refreeze after thawing
Keep refrigerated for immediate usage
Defrost before cooking
Grill: Mold kabab on to skewers 6″-8″ in length and grill over open flame turning it over frequently to evenly cook on all sides
Stove: Form them in to 6″-8″ long patty and pan sear in non stick on 3 or 4 sides on medium flame
Oven: Form them in to 6″-8″ long patty broil them on a pre heated oven at 375 Degree F. for approx 20 minutes. turn kababs over half way through the process.

Ideally you want to thaw the product in the refrigerator before heating. You can microwave the product 1-2 minutes, move product around and microwave again for 1-2 minutes or until the bag fills with air. You may also sous vide or boil the product for best results at 165 Degrees for a minimum of 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
